S.U.T. Intensiv Weekend

Two days of Small Unit Tactics: combine challenging shooting practice with clear communication and safe teamwork in a small group.
Diamond-Defence-Training im Waldgelände

WHO IS IT FOR?

For experienced shooters with safe firearm handling skills who want to develop their ability to work in a small team. The format also welcomes experienced security, military and police groups. If you are unsure about the prerequisites, contact us to discuss your previous training before booking.

Private participants can book open dates if they meet the stated requirements. For security companies and public agencies we plan team programmes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A capable team is more than a collection of individual skills. During the S.U.T. Intensiv Weekend, you spend two days training as part of a small team. You contribute your experience, take responsibility and develop clear communication with others.

Small Unit Tactics focuses on a small group working together. Clear communication, a shared understanding of the task and responsibility within the team shape the learning experience. Group exercises in the field are followed by a shared debrief.

Practical team shooting is a key part of the weekend. This includes controlled shooting past one another under the direct supervision of our instructors. You develop your safe firearm handling and practise communicating clearly with the other shooters. Awareness of others, reliable communication and consistent adherence to safety rules remain central throughout.

Information only helps when people understand it. Listening and building a shared understanding matter alongside speaking. Training makes the importance of clear agreements and attention to others tangible.

Debriefs consider the learning process as well as the outcome: how did you communicate, what remains unclear and where would you like to develop next? This helps you recognise what works and where to focus your continued learning.

Safe firearm handling and the safety rules take priority throughout the weekend. The venue, exact times and organisational details are shown with each course date.
